Guest Relations Executive

Job Title: Trainee – Guest Relations (GR) Department: Front Office / Patient Relations Language Requirement: Must speak Telugu (basic Hindi/Tamil/English will be an added advantage) Stipend/Salary: ₹10,000 per month Experience: Fresher / Up to 1 Year (Trainee Role) Location: [Hospital/Organization Name] Key Responsibilities: Welcome and guide patients and attendees politely at the reception / waiting area. Communicate with Telugu-speaking patients and assist them in understanding registration and billing process. Help patients with directions, token issues, and department navigation. Coordinate with departments and ensure smooth flow of patient movement. Address basic patient queries and escalate concerns to senior staff when required. Maintain a courteous and professional attitude while dealing with patients and their families. Support front office team in handling files, forms, and patient information. Ensure waiting area discipline and assist during peak hours.
