Growth Manager – Google Ads

We are seeking a performance-driven Growth Manager (Google Ads) with a background in Fintech or SaaS. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of running Google Ads campaigns for SMB-focused audiences, delivering measurable growth while optimizing spend efficiency. You’ll own the strategy, execution, and optimization of Google Ads across Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max campaigns. Responsibilities Plan, launch, and optimize Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max campaigns. Develop and manage a weekly testing roadmap (ads, bidding strategies, funnels). Monitor daily budget pacing and ensure campaigns meet CPA targets. Conduct monthly competitor benchmarking on CPC, ad copy, and targeting approaches. Collaborate with Content & Design teams to develop compelling creatives aligned with SMB messaging. Work closely with the Funnel Manager to ensure landing pages align with campaign intent and user journey. Key Performance Indicators Maintain CAC ≤ £X per channel. Achieve ROAS ≥ X.0 across the Google Ads stack. Run X+ A/B tests per month with documented insights and learnings. Improve CTR by X% within 3 months. Increase funnel conversion rates by X% within 3 months. Requirements 3–5 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns. Proven experience in Fintech or SaaS, with emphasis on SMB-focused campaigns. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Data Studio (or equivalent BI tools). Experience in budget management and ROI-driven growth strategies. Deep understanding of campaign tracking, attribution, and conversion funnels. Excellent collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams (Content, Design, Product, Funnel).
