• Oversee website content updates and optimizations
• Implement and monitor SEO strategies to improve visibility and traffic

Social Media Management

• Develop and execute content and communication strategies
• Drive engagement and grow community across social media platforms

Digital Marketing Execution

• Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end digital marketing campaigns
• Collaborate with creative, clinic, and content teams to ensure brand alignment
• Manage marketing budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness and maximize ROI

Team & Cross-Functional Leadership

• Partner with Business Development, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and IT teams for seamless initiative execution

Customer Experience & Satisfaction
