Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Build and execute multi-channel outbound campaigns (LinkedIn, WhatsApp, email, Apollo).
• Design automation workflows using tools like

  Sales Navigator, Dripify, PhantomBuster, Expandi, Lemlist

  .
• Enrich and segment lead lists for targeted outreach (D2C brands, digital/social agencies, eCommerce founders).
• Leverage AI tools and agents for copy personalization, follow-ups, and lead scoring.
• Track and report outreach performance (reply rate, meeting conversion, pipeline quality).
• Collaborate with leadership on vertical focus, messaging, and campaign strategy.
• Maintain CRM hygiene and ensure smooth handover of leads to the leadership/closing team.

Must-Have Skills & Experience

• 3–5 years in

  SaaS/MarTech business development, growth, or outbound sales

  .
• Strong hands-on experience with

  LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Dripify, WhatsApp automation tools, and CRM platforms (HubSpot/Pipedrive)

  .
• Familiarity with

  AI-powered outreach tools, lead scoring, and marketing automation

  .
• Proven track record of booking

  demos/first meetings with D2C brands or agencies

  .
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to optimize campaigns for higher conversions.
