Location: Gurgaon

Job Description: We are looking for dynamic and energetic Business Development Executives to join our team. Freshers passionate about sales, client engagement, and the coworking & coliving industry are encouraged to apply. Preference will be given to candidates with a background in hospitality, aviation, coworking, or coliving, as these industries bring strong customer handling and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and onboard new coworking and coliving partners onto the platform.
• Build and maintain strong client and partner relationships.
• Generate new leads through calls, meetings, and networking.
• Support sales strategies and assist in achieving revenue targets.
• Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis.
• Maintain sales reports and performance trackers.
• Represent the company at partner meetings and events.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate in Business, Hospitality, Aviation, or related fields.
• Freshers are welcome; prior internship or project experience in sales/client servicing is a plus.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a startup environment.
• Gurgaon-based candidates or those willing to relocate to Gurgaon.
