Key Responsibilities

Oversee the GRC function ensuring compliance with industry and regulatory standards.
Implement and monitor compliance frameworks including
ISO 27001, GDPR, SOX, HIPAA, PCI DSS, SEBI, RBI, IRDAI
and other applicable regulations.
Lead enterprise-wide risk assessments and ensure risk registers are updated.
Define and track key compliance metrics and risk indicators for leadership review.
Partner with internal audit and external auditors to ensure successful certification and regulatory assessments.
Manage vendor risk, third-party assessments, and ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory obligations.
Develop and deliver governance & compliance training across departments.
Work closely with management to drive a culture of compliance and risk awareness.

Key Skills & Qualifications

Graduate in Information Technology, Computer Science, Risk, or related discipline.
At least 5 years of proven experience in GRC, Risk, or Compliance roles.
Hands-on knowledge of global and Indian compliance regulations and standards.
Strong understanding of IT security, data privacy, and regulatory frameworks.
Certifications like
CISA, CISM, CISSP, CRISC, ISO 27001 LA/LI
highly desirable.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
