Graphics Designer

Truxcel Technologies is looking for a Graphic Designer

📍 Location: Perinthalmanna, Kerala

• Create visual content for digital media (social posts, web banners, email campaigns, ads)
• Design assets for print (Datasheets, flyers, brochures, posters, business cards, event collaterals)
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to understand design needs and ensure cohesion
• Interpret briefs, propose design concepts, present mockups, and deliver final artwork
• Maintain and evolve our brand identity guidelines
• Prepare files for print and digital deployment (color correction, format conversions, typography, layout)
• Coordinate with external vendors (printers, photographers, etc.) when needed
• Handle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities
• Keep up with design trends, tools, and industry best practices

Must-have Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (or equivalent)
• Strong portfolio showing both digital and print design
• Good grasp of color theory, typography, visual hierarchy, composition
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency
• Good communication — ability to take feedback, articulate ideas
• Ability to work independently and manage time

Preferred / Plus:

• Experience with motion graphics / animation / video editing
• Basic knowledge of UI/UX or web design
• Familiarity with social media specs for various platforms
• Prior experience in tech / IT / SaaS / services domain

Education & Experience:

• Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts or related
• 0–3 years experience (freshers with strong portfolios are welcome)
