Job Description

Role and Responsibilities:

Design visually engaging eLearning course graphics, including layouts, templates, icons, and illustrations aligned with instructional content.
Create UI designs, and interactive elements that enhance learner engagement and understanding.
Collaborate with Instructional Designers, SMEs, and Developers to transform learning concepts into effective visual solutions.
Develop graphics, infographics, and animations for online training modules, simulations, and assessments.
Ensure that all visual elements follow eLearning standards (SCORM/AICC/xAPI) and accessibility guidelines.
Adapt designs for responsive learning content (desktop, tablet, mobile).
Maintain brand consistency across all eLearning deliverables.
Stay updated on eLearning design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve course aesthetics and usability.

Eligibility:

Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
Experience required: 2+ Years.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDRAW, Figma, or similar tools.
Strong portfolio showcasing creative design work across different mediums.
Excellent sense of typography, color theory, and layout design.
Ability to take feedback constructively and adapt designs accordingly.
Strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
