Graphics Designer

The responsibilities of a Graphic Designer include creating designs according to creative brief given by the stakeholder and coordinating with colleagues, team lead and team manager for validations and approvals. To be successful as a Graphic Designer, you should have an ability to come up with the original ideas and have a keen eye for detail. Ultimately, a successful Graphic Designer should be able to create imaginative designs, be open to learning more and create impressive designs that promote the company’s vision:

• Understanding project requirement and sharing ideas
• Should know how to work on the projects right from the beginning, sharing designing ideas and delivering projects before the due timeline
• Using graphic techniques to create drafts 
• Should work based on research process
• Producing logos, banners, infographics, micro animations, thumbnails, flyers, brochures, case studies, image recreations, certificates, storyboards, emailers, marketing design, and slide decks from scratch, eye catching, social media posts and designs and any other related digital and print based designed collaterals.
• Should be able to work effectively, in a fast- paced environment and delivery quality work in short timelines.
• Collaborating with the team to launch projects and test graphics across various media.
• Using feedback from senior team members in a positive way to improve.
• Amend designs after feedback
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and as per the brand guidelines
• Should be able to validate designs and lead projects with full responsibility.

Desired Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects and Adobe Acrobat is a must and Adobe Express, Adobe XD and Canva will be an added advantage.
• Should also have the working knowledge of MS word, Excel and Power point
• Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies, and methodologies in the graphic industry
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to research and resolve issues.
• Attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and quality.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility and eagerness to identify, learn, and use new and changing technologies.
• Ability to manage multiple projects at one time with a proper focus on each task.
• Time management skills
• Should be creative and a problem solving
• Proven Graphic designing experience.
• Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
• Open for feedback and suggestions provided
• Good and eager learner and also willing to innovate
• Should be able to understand and handle multiple projects independently and individually
• Good team player
• Should focus on meeting high standard quality designs for all tasks assigned.
• Should follow professional working ethics and protocols set.

Education

Masters or Specialized Course in Design will be preferable.
