Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing engaging visuals for social media, digital ads, websites, branding, and campaigns. You will collaborate with copywriters, marketers, and other designers to deliver high-quality designs that align with client goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Create visually appealing graphics for social media posts, ad creatives, websites, landing pages, and email campaigns.
• Develop and maintain brand identity for clients across platforms.
• Work closely with the marketing and content teams to ensure creatives align with campaign strategies.
• Design infographics, banners, thumbnails, reels/shorts templates, and other digital assets.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, digital marketing creative styles, and tools.
• Manage multiple design projects and deliver within deadlines.
• Ensure consistency, creativity, and attention to detail across all visuals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• 1–3 years of experience in graphic designing, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro) or equivalent tools.
• Knowledge of Canva and other quick-design tools.
• Strong sense of creativity, typography, colors, and layouts.
• Ability to adapt designs for different industries and client needs.
• Video editing / motion graphics skills will be an added advantage.

Nice to Have

• Experience in creating reels, shorts, GIFs, and animations.
• Understanding of marketing funnels and ad creatives.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,697.93 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
