Role Description

• Develop and execute 

  brand identities, packaging solutions, and creative campaigns

   that align with strategic objectives.
• Apply 

  design thinking

   to craft innovative, user-centric solutions and compelling narratives.
• Create high-quality 

  illustrations, typography-led designs, and visual assets

   with attention to detail and originality.
• Lead projects from concept to delivery, demonstrating 

  strong leadership, teamwork, and presentation skills

   while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Prepare and deliver 

  presentations

   that clearly articulate design concepts and rationales to internal stakeholders and clients.

• Strong expertise in 

  branding, packaging, illustration, and typography

• Ability to ideate, conceptualise, and present 

  design strategies and campaigns

   with the ability to guide junior designers.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and related tools.

  UI/UX design principles

   and design systems.
• Skills in 

  motion design/animation

   for digital platforms.
