Graphic Designer & Video Editor

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic, creative, and tech-savvy individual to manage the complete social media and creative communication of our Defence Coaching Institute.
The candidate should be passionate about content creation, video editing, reels, and storytelling, with the ability to showcase the discipline, energy, and inspiration that defines a Defence aspirant’s journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, shoot, and edit engaging videos, reels, and interviews of students, trainers, and events.
• Create impactful posts, graphics, and promotional material for Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.
• Capture and edit motivational, academic, and lifestyle content reflecting the institute’s values and training culture.
• Handle camera operations (video & photography) during classes, mock SSBs, outdoor tasks, and events.
• Develop content calendars and manage posting schedules across all platforms.
• Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, followers) and suggest content improvements.
• Work with the academic and marketing team to design campaigns for admissions, results, and achievements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong skills in video editing (Premiere Pro, CapCut, or equivalent).
• Ability to shoot and direct short videos or reels.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, etc.).
• Excellent sense of creativity, timing, and social media trends.
• Understanding of Defence exam aspirant psychology is a plus.
• Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience with an educational or coaching institute.
• Basic knowledge of YouTube channel management and SEO.
• Enthusiasm for Defence, motivation, and youth development.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
