Position Summary:

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphics Designer to join our team. The Graphics Designer will be responsible for creating visually appealing and engaging designs for various media, including print, digital, and social platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of design principles, proficiency with design software, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve marketing and branding goals.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.

- 0-1+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in a marketing or creative agency setting.

- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other design software.

- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and styles.

- Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Knowledge of video editing and animation software (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro).

- Understanding of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and Development:

- Create visually stunning graphics, layouts, and illustrations for a variety of media, including websites, social media, advertisements, brochures, and packaging.

- Develop design concepts, graphics, and layouts in line with company branding guidelines.

- Ensure all designs are visually appealing, on-brand, and meet project requirements.

2. Collaborative Projects:

- Work closely with marketing, product, and development teams to understand project scope and objectives.

- Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas.

- Collaborate with copywriters, photographers, and other team members to produce high-quality content.

3. Brand Consistency:

- Maintain consistency of the brand's visual identity across all design projects.

- Update and refine existing design assets to align with current branding guidelines.

- Ensure all designs adhere to company standards and industry best practices.

4. Project Management:

- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and meeting deadlines.

- Communicate progress, challenges, and updates to project stakeholders.

- Organize and maintain a library of design assets for easy access and reuse.

5. Innovation and Trends:

- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.

- Continuously seek out opportunities to improve design processes and efficiencies.

- Incorporate feedback from team members and stakeholders to refine and improve designs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
