Graphic Designer ( Real Estate)

Experience and Skills

• Proficient in

  standard graphic design tools

   (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
• Willingness to learn new tools, including the

  D5 rendering tool

   for villa images.

2. Content Creation Responsibilities

• Create

  one months social media content within 15 days

  .
• Develop

  posts and reels

   as per requirements.
• Produce

  high-definition hoardings

   and other visual content.
• Conduct

  competitor research

   and provide inspiration samples when requested.

3. Work Schedule & Extra Hours

• Availability on Saturdays

   as part of regular work hours.
• Willingness to work

  extra hours

  , including up to 15 days of overtime, to meet deadlines. 

4. Communication & Coordination

• Communicate clearly

   with HR, coordinators, and interns.
• Assign tasks to

  interns and team members

   when necessary.
• Provide regular updates and implement feedback effectively.

5. Collaboration & Teamwork

• Work effectively with

  marketing and content teams

   to ensure cohesive output.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and team meetings.
• Open to feedback and capable of revising designs accordingly.

6. Time Management & Adaptability

• Prioritise tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
• Adapt to new tools, technologies, and evolving company requirements.

7. Attention to Detail

• Ensure all designs are

  error-free

   and adhere to

  brand guidelines

• Maintain

  high-quality standards

   in all deliverables.

8. Reporting

• Submit work according to deadlines.
• Escalate issues or challenges promptly to HR or the project coordinator.

9. Leave, Availability, and Connectivity

• No more excuses for electricity or Wi-Fi issues; occasional minor disruptions may be acceptable once in a blue moon.
• Short leaves (1–2 days) should be informed at least one week in advance.
• Longer leaves require notice 1.5 months in advance.
• Sick or urgent leaves for one day are acceptable with immediate communication.
