Graphic Designer

with a strong focus on

digital advertising and visual storytelling

. This role requires a designer who not only creates visually appealing work but also understands

conversion-driven design

for Meta and Google Ads.

Your Responsibilities

Conceptualize and produce creative assets for paid ad campaigns.
Adapt design formats for multiple platforms and placements.
Continuously test creative variations to identify high-performing visuals.
Collaborate with the growth and content team to ensure alignment between design and messaging.
Develop visual guidelines for ad campaigns that enhance brand consistency.

Requirements

24 years of proven design experience in marketing/advertising.
Experience with ad creatives, landing page visuals, and social campaigns.
Proficiency in Adobe Suite and Figma.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver within timelines.
Strong eye for detail, typography, and composition.
