Continuously test creative variations to identify high-performing visuals. Collaborate with the growth and content team to ensure alignment between design and messaging. Develop visual guidelines for ad campaigns that enhance brand consistency. Requirements 24 years of proven design experience in marketing/advertising. Experience with ad creatives, landing page visuals, and social campaigns. Proficiency in Adobe Suite and Figma. Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver within timelines.
