As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling content that supports campaign goals and enhances audience engagement. This role is crucial for maintaining a high standard of design across platforms. The role also requires collaborating with other graphic designers and producing collective quality output that is time-bound.

Responsibilities:

Design Creation: Develop graphics for social media, print materials and campaign assets.
Collaborative Work: Partner with content writers, video editors and campaign managers to deliver cohesive outputs.
File Management: Organize and manage design files, ensuring they are easily accessible for future use and updates.
Tool Proficiency: Use design software to create visuals, including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDRAW etc.
Feedback Incorporation: Adapt designs based on stakeholder and audience feedback.
Deadline Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to project timelines and meeting deadlines.
Research: Stay up to date with industry trends, design best practices, and emerging technologies to continually improve design skills.
AI Image Generation: Employ smart prompting techniques to capitalize on AI tools, to generate images that can aid the aesthetics of design products.

Preferred Qualification:

Ability to double-up as a video editor, whenever required. Skills of handling editing software viz., Premier Pro, Aftereffects etc. can come in handy.
Ability to manage with quick and time-bound visual outputs by usage of mobile based design apps viz., Canva, Figma, CapCut, VN, Inshot etc.
Skilled in handling AI based tools viz., Midjourney, ChatGPT, VEO 3, CapCut etc.
Prior experience of working with a large team of creators.

Minimum Qualification:

2+ years of experience in graphic design.
Proficiency in Tamil and English for understanding local cultural contexts.
