Graduate Trainee Engineer

Job Summary

We are hiring Graduate Engineer Trainees (Mechanical/Mechatronics/Robotics) who are motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn. This role provides hands-on training and career development opportunities in industrial automation and machine design.

Responsibilities

• Create 3D part models from sketches or engineering drawings
• Draft 2D technical drawings as per manufacturing standards
• Support project planning, procurement, and coordination
• Assist with installation and commissioning of machines at client sites
• Contribute to design and development of engineering solutions after probation

Qualifications

• Education: Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering (any pass-out year)
• Experience: Fresher to 1 year (preferred)
• Location: Must be willing to commute or relocate to Ambattur, Chennai
• Software Requirement: Access to PC/Laptop with Solid Edge (preferred)

• Ability to work in a team and lead skilled labor when required
• Willingness to handle urgent project requirements
• Flexibility to travel up to 50% (preferred)

Employment Terms

• Training Period: 4 months (on-the-job training)
• Work Schedule: Day shift, Monday to Saturday
