Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and driven Quality & Governance Manager to lead and improve our governance framework and quality management system within a Managed Services environment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in implementing and maintaining ISO 9001, ISO 20000-1, ISO 27001, and ISO 27701 standards, along with a strong background in process optimization, compliance, and service excellence. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement quality and governance strategies aligned with business goals. Lead ISO certifications (9001, 20000-1, 27001, 27701) and ensure ongoing compliance through audits and documentation. Establish governance frameworks including risk management, compliance tracking, and performance reporting. Drive continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, or ITIL methodologies. Create, review, and maintain policies and procedures in line with industry standards. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders (auditors, clients). Deliver training on quality, governance, and compliance practices. Report regularly to leadership on audit results, compliance status, and quality metrics. Qualifications & Skills: Education: Bachelor's in IT, Computer Science, or related field; Masters preferred. Experience: 8–10 years in Quality/Governance roles, ideally in Managed Services. Certifications: ISO 27001 Lead Auditor/Implementer, ITIL Foundation or above, COBIT, PMP/Prince2 (preferred). Expertise in: ISO standards, ITSM, risk management, process improvement, GRC tools. Soft Skills: Strong communication, leadership, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management.
