Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design and development of backend systems using

  Golang

  .
• Architect and implement

  microservices-based solutions

  ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, and cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and project timelines.
  
• Optimize application performance, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure efficient code practices.
  
• Guide and mentor junior engineers, perform code reviews, and enforce development standards.
  
• Integrate third-party services, APIs, and data sources into applications.
  
• Work closely with DevOps teams to deploy and monitor services using

  Docker

  ,

  Kubernetes

  , and

  CI/CD

  pipelines.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies, frameworks, and best practices in backend development.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  
• 8–12 years of total software development experience, with

  3+ years of hands-on experience in Golang

  .
• Strong expertise in

  RESTful API development

  ,

  Microservices architecture

  , and

  distributed systems

  .
• Experience working with

  cloud platforms

  like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Solid understanding of

  concurrency

  ,

  data structures

  , and

  algorithms

  .
• Hands-on experience with

  Kubernetes

  ,

  CI/CD pipelines

  , and version control (Git).
• Knowledge of
