About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Software Engineer with expertise in Golang and React to enhance our compliance tools and user interfaces. This role is ideal for someone passionate about building intuitive, data-rich user experiences and making a real impact in the fight against financial crime.

You will work closely with global teams and contribute to both frontend and backend development, ensuring high performance, scalability, and security across our platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Frontend & Full Stack

• Build and maintain scalable dashboard features using React, TypeScript, and PostgreSQL.

• Design and implement backend services and APIs using Golang and other server-side technologies.

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver seamless end-to-end solutions.

• Drive high standards for code quality through reviews, testing, and documentation.

• Take ownership of features from concept to deployment, ensuring smooth user experiences.

Backend-Focused

• Design, build, and maintain robust backend services and APIs.

• Architect and implement new services in collaboration with business stakeholders.

• Contribute to product and technical roadmaps.

• Maintain user-facing technical documentation.

• Shape engineering culture and uphold high technical standards.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development experience in fast-paced environments.

• Strong proficiency in Golang (mandatory).

• Proven experience with React and TypeScript.

• Experience building RESTful APIs and web services.

• Deep understanding of PostgreSQL and relational data modeling.

• Experience with Node.js or other backend languages is a plus.

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and DevOps practices.

• Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).

• Availability to overlap with Eastern Standard Time (EST) morning hours.

Preferred Experience

• Domain knowledge in fraud prevention, compliance, SAR, or GOAML.

• Experience in banking or fintech environments.

• Strong product-oriented mindset with attention to detail and user empathy.
