About the Role

Wails Developer

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain
cross-platform desktop applications
using the
Wails framework
.
Write high-quality, scalable, and secure
Go (Golang) backend code
.
Build modern, responsive
UI/UX
using
React/Vue/Svelte
.
Integrate APIs, databases, and third-party services.
Ensure application performance, stability, and security across Windows, macOS, and Linux.
Collaborate with product, design, and QA teams to deliver features on time.
Perform code reviews, mentor junior developers, and enforce best practices.
Document application architecture and maintain technical standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

6–10 years of overall software development experience.
Strong proficiency in
Go (Golang)
.
Hands-on experience with the
Wails framework
.
Expertise in at least one frontend framework (
React, Vue, or Svelte
).
Solid knowledge of
JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS
.
Strong understanding of
REST APIs, WebSockets, and database design (SQL/NoSQL)
.
Familiarity with
cross-platform desktop application development
.
Experience with
Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies
.
Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
