Key Technical Skills to Look

Managing databases (SQL/NoSQL)
Ensuring security and performance
Set up and maintain monitoring tools to track the performance and health of the pipeline which includes identifying bottlenecks, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring that latency measurements are accurate
Handling cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines

Mandatory Skills: Java, Go, and AWS

Backend Developer / Engineer
Software Engineer (Backend)
Systems Engineer
Hands on Experience in Golang proficiency with knowledge of JAVA, AWS, or Java proficiency with Golang, AWS knowledge.
AWS knowledge (SQS, SNS, Lambda, DynamoDB, S3) is required. Monitoring tools like Splunk, New Relic knowledge and CI/CD exposure is preferred.
