Key Result Areas:

Project Execution and Management
Project Resource Development
Engineering & Technical support
Business parameters management like profitability, working capital, etc.
Project Monitoring, Audit Reconciliation, and Documentation

Project Execution and Management

Leading Project Delivery Resources/ Team providing Guidance and Direction to achieve project goals
Managing all facets of project management (Planning, Schedule, Budget Engineering, Procurement, Optimization, Quality & Risk) including Planning, Execution, Monitoring, and Closeout

2. Project Resource Development

Coordinating with Designers / Consultants regarding Design solutions
Developing relationships with contractors

3.Engineering & Technical support

Interfacing directly with Clients to define Project Requirements.
Prepares Scope of work, Project delivery Resource Requirements, Engineering Cost Estimates & Budgets, Work-Plan Schedules & Milestones, Quality control, and Risk Identification

4. Business parameters management like profitability, working capital, etc

Achieving profitability from the projects as per norms
Maintaining working capital for projects and manage outstanding within norms

5. Project Monitoring, Audit Reconciliation, and Documentation

Ensuring Customer Satisfaction alongside timely and Successful handover of projects and ensuring quality standards
Ensure completion of projects as per norms of quality standards
Ensuring on-time performance in projects.
