About the Role

We are looking for a Golang Developer with strong practical experience building and debugging concurrent Go applications. The role focuses on validating concurrency fixes, detecting data races, executing Go test suites, and verifying logic correctness across services. You will reason deeply about goroutines, channels, race conditions, and concurrent execution flow.

Key Responsibilities

• Validate patches involving goroutines, channels, concurrency mechanisms, and async logic.
• Run

  go test

  suites to detect failures, race conditions, or flaky behavior.
• Debug issues related to synchronization, locks, shared state, or goroutine mismanagement.
• Review PRs with attention to performance, safety, simplicity, and maintainability.
• Identify data races, concurrency bugs, deadlocks, and timing issues.
• Collaborate with systems and backend teams to uphold reliability and correctness.

Skills& Experience Required

• Experience with microservices, concurrent systems, or backend Go architectures.

• 1–4 years

  of hands-on Go programming experience.
• go test, goroutines, channels, concurrency reasoning, locking and synchronization.
• Ability to debug production-like issues involving timing, race conditions, or shared state.
• Practical experience with goroutines, locks, microservices, concurrency debugging, and performance-sensitive systems.
