Global Program Director

You will be responsible for anchoring strategic banking programs with full accountability for delivery excellence, governance, and outcome assurance. Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading end-to-end delivery of large, multi-stream banking transformation programs - Owning program governance, milestone tracking, risk management, and stakeholder alignment - Managing delivery teams across business analysis, technology, QA, infrastructure, and DevOps - Driving cadence reviews, status reports, escalations, and change control processes - Ensuring program adherence to contracts, budget, timelines, and compliance metrics Your experience should entail 20+ years in IT Product or banking tech delivery, with a proven track record in managing large programs and teams. Possession of PMP/Prince2 certifications is preferred, and global travel may be required. Your core areas of expertise should encompass end-to-end Delivery Management with a strong tech acumen, Cross-Geo Delivery (MEA, APAC), Risk & Compliance Management, and Stakeholder Management (Internal & External up to CTO level). Additionally, expertise in Value-Based Services such as Enterprise Automation, DB/System Engineering, and Bid Support is essential. Key requirements for this role include a B.Tech/M.Tech with 18+ years of experience in Tier 1 Services, FinTech, or Product firms. You should have knowledge of modern Banking platforms and technologies like Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Microservices, cloud-based systems, APIs, and AI-driven solutions. Familiarity with methodologies such as Agile, SAFe, and DevOps is advantageous. Moreover, you should have demonstrated success in managing large-scale product deliveries in the banking or fintech domain, handling high-performing global teams, and working under pressure in deadline-driven environments. Strong written and verbal communication skills, public speaking abilities, and analytical capabilities are crucial, as well as experience in managing multi-country implementations and complex stakeholder landscapes. Critical thinking, leadership, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills will be vital for this role.,
