Global Payroll Accounting Process Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the

  global payroll accounting process

  , ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution.
• Collaborate with and engage multiple stakeholders, guiding the payroll team to deliver results effectively and efficiently.
• Take full accountability for team performance, driving

  goal-oriented outcomes

  and identifying opportunities to add value.
• Promote and foster a collaborative team culture through open communication, active coaching, and regular team meetings.
• Oversee

  month-end close activities, journal entries, and reconciliations

  to ensure accurate and timely payroll accounting.
• Conduct regular

  service delivery, planning sessions, and process reviews

  with team members to ensure quality, compliance, and process improvements.

Skills & Experience Required:

• 10+ years

  of proven, hands-on experience in

  global payroll accounting

  , with strong knowledge of end-to-end payroll accounting processes, including month-end close and reconciliations.
• At least

  3+ years of experience

  in team leadership, people management, and process ownership.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate potential challenges and implement solutions proactively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage with cross-functional and global stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with

  ADP, Mercan, or other payroll accounting platforms

  , with working knowledge of

  Oracle GL

  and

  Blackline

  (preferred).
