- Design and develop Genesys Cloud CX voice applications, including Architect call flows, IVRs, and voice bots.
- Build and optimize outbound dialer strategies, campaigns, schedules, wrap-ups, retries, and rule sets.
- Develop voice bot flows with call deflection, NLP integration, DTMF handling, and callback orchestration.
- Integrate third-party systems via REST APIs using Genesys Data Actions.
- Manage infrastructure as code using Terraform for reliable and repeatable deployments.
- Maintain CI/CD pipelines for flow deployments, data actions, configurations, and code promotion.
- 3 to 6 years of experience in Genesys Cloud development and voice bot solutions.
- Proficiency in Genesys Cloud CX, including Architect call flows and IVR development.
- Strong knowledge of outbound dialer strategies and campaign optimization.
- Experience with REST API integrations and Genesys Data Actions.
- Hands-on experience with Terraform for infrastructure management.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control tools (e.g., Git), and best practices.
