Role Overview

Generative AI Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate and select optimal
LLMs (Large Language Models)
open-source and commercial—for various business use cases.
Develop and fine-tune
Generative AI models
for NLP, summarization, and action item extraction.
Design
prompt engineering strategies
for real-time call assistance and intelligent responses.
Implement
sentiment analysis
and provide contextual suggestions during client interactions.
Ensure
model accuracy, low latency
, and adherence to
ethical AI practices
.
Collaborate with
AI/ML and Data teams
for model training, deployment, and optimization.

Required Skills

Strong experience with
Generative AI and LLMs
(OpenAI GPT, LLaMA, Claude, etc.)
Expertise in
NLP, text summarization, and sentiment analysis
Hands-on experience with
prompt engineering
and
real-time AI applications
Proficiency in frameworks like
LangChain, Hugging Face Transformers
, and libraries such as
PyTorch/TensorFlow
Familiarity with
vector databases
(Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS) and
RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
Knowledge of
ethical AI principles
and performance optimization

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with
cloud AI platforms
