Generative AI Engineer

Role Overview: As a Generative AI Engineer, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing a team of AI engineers to drive innovation and excellence within the team. You will be responsible for fostering a collaborative and innovative environment while also contributing with hands-on work in developing cutting-edge solutions using LLMs and GenAI technologies. Additionally, you will oversee the processing and management of large-scale datasets in production environments, design and optimize AI models for various text processing tasks, integrate AI solutions with embedding and vector databases, and establish best practices for the scalability and productionization of AI systems. Effective communication with stakeholders to align on project goals will also be a key aspect of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Leading and managing a team of AI engineers, fostering collaboration and innovation within the team. - Developing and implementing cutting-edge solutions using LLMs and GenAI technologies. - Overseeing the processing and management of large-scale datasets in production environments. - Designing and optimizing AI models for text classification, entity extraction, and deviation identification. - Integrating AI solutions with embedding, vector databases, and indexing systems. - Establishing best practices for the scalability and productionization of AI systems. - Communicating effectively with stakeholders to align on project goals. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience with LLMs and Generative AI technologies. - Proficiency in handling large-scale data and managing tens of thousands of documents in a production environment. - Expertise in AI model development, embedding techniques, and vectorDB. - Demonstrated ability to productionize AI systems focused on text processing tasks. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to lead and mentor a team, while contributing hands-on. - Experience with indexing and database systems to support AI workflows. Preferred Qualifications: - Advanced degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field. - Previous experience in a leadership role within an AI-focused team. - Familiarity with the latest trends and advancements in Generative AI technologies.,
