What we are looking for

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science from a top-tier institution.

• 4 - 5 years of experience

  in Python and Data Science.
• At least 2 years of experience working with

  Generative AI models

  and machine learning algorithms.
• Strong hands-on exposure to the latest

  TTS (Text-to-Speech)

  and

  STT (Speech-to-Text)

  models.
• Proficiency in Python and its frameworks.
• Experience leveraging

  LLMs

  for NLP or generative AI tasks.
• Experience building and deploying

  chatbots or conversational AI systems

  .
• Strong understanding of AI/Generative AI patterns such as

  RAG

  and

  prompt engineering

  .
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a team-oriented mindset.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
  

What you will do

• Develop, fine-tune, and deploy

  Generative AI models

  to automate human interviews at scale.
• Build and optimize

  AI Voice Agents

  for real-world usage.
• Write clean, efficient, and scalable Python code to integrate AI models into the platform.
• Collaborate with AI experts, frontend, and backend engineers to deliver high-impact features.
• Implement pre-trained models and train custom models using

  TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras

  .
• Continuously optimize, evaluate, and fine-tune models for performance.
• Stay updated on the latest

  Generative AI & ML advancements

  and bring innovative ideas to the team.
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, and testing to ensure high-quality software delivery.
• Monitor deployed AI solutions for reliability and performance.
• Maintain clear technical documentation.
