Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Gen AI and Machine Learning Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning and deep learning, with hands-on experience in developing and implementing generative AI models and algorithms. This role requires proficiency in programming languages such as Python and frameworks like Agentic AI, Lang Chan, TensorFlow, etc.

Job Title: Gen AI Engineer

Experience: 3 to 8 years

Location: PAN India

Work Mode: Hybrid

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement machine learning and deep learning models to solve complex problems.
Develop and optimize Generative AI models and algorithms for various applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Conduct data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation to ensure high performance and accuracy.
Stay up to date with the latest advancements in machine learning, deep learning, Agentic AI and Generative AI.
Deploy and maintain machine learning models in production environments.
Document and present research findings, methodologies, and results to stakeholders.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to model performance and scalability.

Requirements:

Any bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
Minimum of 6+ years of overall experience; and 4+ related experience.
Strong knowledge of machine learning and deep learning concepts and techniques.
Extensive experience in implementing LLMs and Generative AI models, including Prompt Engineering, Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG); and Agent based Architecture (Agentic AI).
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python.
Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries, particularly LangChan, LangGraph, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras etc.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) and Computer Vision.
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
Knowledge of Power BI and Power Automate would be a Plus.
Proficiency in database design and management.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
