Job Description

We are looking for an experienced General Manager QA/QC to lead quality assurance and control across multiple civil projects. The role focuses on ensuring ISO 9001 compliance, client requirements, and driving a culture of quality across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead QA/QC activities across 45 civil projects ensuring ISO 9001 and client compliance.
Develop Project Quality Plans (PQP), Inspection & Test Plans (ITP), and standard operating procedures.
Conduct quality audits and inspections to ensure adherence to project standards.
Approve materials, vendors, and workmanship for compliance with specifications.
Track, manage, and close Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and implement Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA).
Train project teams on QA/QC procedures, standards, and best practices.
Maintain proper documentation and reporting for all QA/QC activities.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; QA/QC certifications preferred.
15+ years of experience in QA/QC management in civil construction projects.
Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 standards, quality audits, and documentation practices.
