We are looking for Corporate Trainer (On Role)

Below mentioned are the JD.

1. Data Management & Preprocessing

Collecting, curating, cleaning, and labeling training data.

Ensuring data quality, consistency, and relevance.

Anonymizing and securing sensitive information.

2. Model Development & Fine-tuning

Developing or selecting appropriate generative models (e.g., GPT, BERT, DALL•E, StyleGAN).

Fine-tuning pre-trained models on domain-specific data.

Incorporating reinforcement learning or prompt engineering for better performance.

3. Prompt Engineering

Designing and refining prompts to guide model outputs.

Creating reusable prompt templates for different tasks (e.g., summarization, translation, Q&A).

Testing prompt variations for optimal accuracy and creativity.

4. Content Generation & Automation

Automatically generating content: text, images, code, audio, or video.

Supporting tasks like report generation, creative writing, marketing copy, and UI design.

Developing AI assistants, chatbots, or co-pilots for productivity.

5. Evaluation & Quality Assurance

Evaluating model outputs using metrics like BLEU, ROUGE, or human feedback.

Conducting bias, fairness, and toxicity assessments.

Ensuring outputs meet compliance, ethical, and quality standards.

6. Integration & Deployment

Integrating Gen AI into applications, websites, or internal tools via APIs or SDKs.

Ensuring real-time or batch deployment of generative services.

Monitoring system performance, uptime, and usage.

7. Governance, Ethics & Compliance

Defining responsible AI usage guidelines.

Ensuring legal compliance (e.g., copyright, GDPR).

Monitoring and mitigating hallucination, bias, or misuse risks.

8. Collaboration & Enablement

Partnering with business units to identify use cases.

Training staff and end-users to use Gen AI responsibly.

Creating documentation, guidelines, and support channels.

9. Continuous Improvement

Gathering feedback to iterate on model performance.

Updating models with new data or emerging use cases.

Staying current with the latest research and innovations.

10. Cost Management & Scalability

Optimizing compute resources and infrastructure (e.g., GPUs, cloud usage).

Managing model complexity vs. cost trade-offs.

Enabling scalable multi-tenant architecture for enterprise use.
