About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled GCP Data Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and optimize
ETL pipelines
and data workflows using
GCP services
such as BigQuery, Dataflow, Cloud Composer, Cloud Run, and Pub/Sub.
Write efficient
SQL and PL/SQL queries
to handle data extraction, transformation, and loading.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable data solutions.
Implement data models, including
SCD Type 1 & Type 2
, normalization, and best practices for data warehousing.
Ensure data quality, governance, and security across all pipelines and data processes.
Optimize performance and cost of cloud-based data solutions.
Work in an Agile environment, actively participating in sprints, code reviews, and deployments.

Required Skills

Core:
GCP, Python, BigQuery, SQL/PLSQL
Secondary:
Data Warehousing, ETL Fundamentals
Strong understanding of data modeling concepts and techniques.
Experience with large-scale data integration and migration projects.
Knowledge of cloud-native development and CI/CD processes.

Good to Have Skills

Experience with Data Quality implementation in ETL pipelines.
Familiarity with Agile project management tools like Jira.
Telecom domain knowledge.
