Data Engineer Join CustomerLabs!

CustomerLabs

Youll work with cross-functional teams (Data Scientists, Product Managers, Martech specialists) and build scalable solutions for real-time marketing analytics.

What You’ll Do

Build & maintain enterprise-grade ETL/ELT pipelines
Design data warehouses & lakes (BigQuery, GCP stack)
Ensure data quality, security & compliance (GDPR, CCPA)
Collaborate with teams to turn marketing needs into technical solutions
Monitor, optimize & troubleshoot high-volume data systems

What We’re Looking For

2+ years in Data Engineering or related roles
Hands-on with Python, SQL, Golang (preferred)
Strong in Big Data tools: Spark, Kafka, Airflow, DBT
Experience with
Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery, Dataflow, Pub/Sub, etc.)
Familiarity with databases (Postgres, MySQL, Redis)
Bonus: Experience with real-time streaming, MLOps, or AI-powered dev tools

Soft Skills

Problem-solving mindset
Strong collaboration & communication skills
Detail-oriented with a learning attitude
