Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

Deploy and manage cloud infrastructure using GCP services such as Compute Engine, IAM, Cloud Storage, VPC, Kubernetes Engine (GKE), Cloud SQL, and Cloud Functions.
Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or Deployment Manager.
Use GCP monitoring tools (Cloud Monitoring, Cloud Logging, Stackdriver) to proactively identify and resolve issues.
Support IAM best practices including enforcing least privilege access.
Implement self-healing infrastructure and automate operational tasks like backups, patching, and scaling.
Ensure secure configurations and implement security controls and best practices for cloud infrastructure.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable, and cost-effective cloud solutions.
Provide operational support for platform issues including troubleshooting and performance optimization.
Create and maintain detailed documentation on architecture, configuration, and operational procedures.
Share knowledge and provide training on cloud technologies and best practices.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

5-6+ years of relevant experience working with GCP cloud infrastructure.
Strong hands-on experience with core GCP services and Infrastructure as Code tools.
Good understanding of cloud security, IAM, and monitoring tools.
Experience working in a hybrid work model with Bangalore location preference.
Strong collaboration and communication skills.
