Role & Responsibility

• Act as a point of contact for clients, presenting design concepts, gathering feedback, and iterating on designs.
• Coordinate project activities, resources, and tasks to ensure timely execution and delivery according to project plans and client requirements.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Ensure technical documentation is clear and up-to-date, including API documentation, system design, and architecture decisions.
• Estimate the complexity and time required for completing front-end tasks, collaborating with project managers to ensure deadlines are met.
• Identify potential risks in project timelines or technical implementation and work with project managers to mitigate those risks.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
• Maintain and update technical documentation related to front-end components, libraries, and frameworks used in the project.
• Monitor Project Deliverables and Payment schedules.
• Track progress against the plan and make adjustments as needed.
