Functional Consultant

Role & responsibilities

• Should have 8-10 years of experience in R12 Oracle Financials modules -General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Project (Project Costing, Project Accounting, Project Billing)
• Should have experience in at least four five Projects (Implementations or Roll Outs Engagements). • Should have good knowledge of Oracle Financial Modules and Oracle standard processes including integrations • Good communication skills Should be: • Perform Functional Evaluation & Detailed Analysis • Participate in design discussions/sessions/workshops to address the process gaps, provide suggestions to improve existing systems and to change/modify current business processes to achieve quantifiable process improvements. • Should be able to map business requirements to Oracle ERP modules and come up with the best fit and scalable solution. • Responsible for functional solution design, application setups and testing. • Prepare design documentation and work with application team to support business requirements. • Take part in testing to ensure that the new system/solution works as expected. • Utilizes industry leading best practices for solution design/development. • Good communication skills. • Should have the ability to interact with the customer as well as with other IT teams.
