Functional Consultant Dynamics 365 (Finance & Supply Chain)

Role Overview

Responsible for ERP solution design and implementation across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Retail domains using Dynamics 365. Reports to Solution Architects and Practice Director, ensuring adherence to methodology and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Solution Architects to design and configure Dynamics 365 F&SCM solutions
• Lead ERP implementation tasks: configuration, data migration, testing, training, and support
• Conduct Fit-Gap analysis, future-state design workshops, and documentation (FDDs/FRDs)
• Drive CRP, UAT, Cut-over, Go-live, and Hyper-Care phases
• Coordinate offshore activities and ensure global client engagement
• Interpret business requirements and translate into system configurations

Education & Certifications

• Bachelor’s in CS, Engineering, Finance, or Supply Chain (Master’s preferred)
• Dynamics 365 certifications in Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Retail, or Commerce

Experience

• 10+ years technical experience
• 6+ years in solution design and consulting
• 6+ years in client-facing project management
