Job Description

You are a dedicated Sr. Functional Analyst (ISG) with 6 to 9 years of experience, possessing expertise in Functional Analysis and Maconomy. You have a strong understanding of Finance and Accounting and are adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance business processes and drive efficiency. This hybrid role offers a day shift schedule with no travel requirements. Your responsibilities will include analyzing and evaluating business processes for improvement, collaborating with stakeholders to gather functional requirements, providing expert guidance on Maconomy solutions, developing detailed functional specifications, testing system changes, facilitating workshops and meetings, supporting end-users, monitoring system performance, ensuring compliance with industry standards, working closely with the IT team, preparing reports, and contributing to strategic plans for financial systems enhancement. To excel in this role, you must possess strong analytical skills, demonstrate expertise in Maconomy, have a solid understanding of Finance and Accounting principles, exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills, show proficiency in developing functional specifications, display a proactive problem-solving approach, and maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.,
