The Full Stack Developer at Anervea.AI plays a critical role in building and scaling intelligent platforms that power AI, ML, and analytics solutions across the pharmaceutical and healthcare ecosystem. You will collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and DevOps engineers to design, develop, and optimize scalable APIs, data pipelines, and web applications that enable next-generation digital transformation in life sciences. This role requires hands-on expertise in backend frameworks, data integration, and cloud-native application design, with a strong appreciation for performance, security, and maintainability.

Key Responsibilities

 Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and RESTful APIs for AI and analytics products. Build end-to-end full stack solutions using modern web frameworks and responsive design principles. Collaborate with data scientists to deploy ML/LLM/RAG models as production-ready APIs or microservices. Implement data ingestion, transformation, and retrieval layers optimized for speed and efficiency. Ensure application security, scalability, and performance optimization across modules. Integrate with cloud-based infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and CI/CD pipelines. Translate complex business and data requirements into technical architecture and development plans. Conduct code reviews, write unit/integration tests, and contribute to engineering best practices. Collaborate cross-functionally with product, analytics, and domain teams to deliver complete solutions.

Qualifications

 Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline; Master’s preferred. 3–6 years of professional experience in backend or full-stack development. Proven experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud-native architecture. Experience working in Agile environments with cross-functional teams.

Technical Competencies

 Backend: Python (FastAPI, Django, Flask), Node.js, Java, or Go Frontend (Full Stack): React, Angular, or Vue.js (plus HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript) Databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, ElasticSearch DevOps & Cloud: Docker, Kubernetes, AWS Lambda, Azure Functions, CI/CD pipelines Data Integration: REST, GraphQL, gRPC, message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ) Version Control & Workflow: Git, GitHub, GitLab, JIRA, Confluence

Preferred Domain Exposure

 Experience or interest in pharma, biotech, healthcare, or life sciences data systems. Familiarity with AI/ML model deployment, RAG pipelines, or data engineering frameworks. Understanding of data privacy (HIPAA/GDPR) and healthcare interoperability standards (FHIR, HL7).

Behavioral Competencies

 Ownership mindset with ability to work independently and mentor junior engineers. Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. Structured problem-solving and analytical reasoning. Curiosity to explore AI, data science, and modern architecture paradigms.
