Fullstack Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and forward-thinking Full Stack Engineer with 35 years of experience and a strong foundation in AI technologies to join our operations-driven team. You will play a key role in designing and developing scalable web applications, integrating intelligent features, and laying the foundation for AI-assisted systems across various business functions.

This role offers the opportunity to work across the full stack—from responsive web interfaces to backend services and AI-powered automation—while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of robust front-end and back-end components of web applications.
• Build dynamic, responsive websites and internal platforms with seamless user experiences.
• Integrate AI/ML models and services into applications to enhance functionality, automation, and decision-making.
• Architect scalable systems capable of incorporating LLMs, embeddings, and real-time AI inferences.
• Evaluate opportunities to apply AI to unstructured data (e.g., PDFs, camera feeds, logs, metadata).
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, data teams, and stakeholders to define requirements and roadmap.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security across devices and browsers.
• Establish CI/CD pipelines, test coverage, and performance monitoring.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code with strong system design practices.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to strategic tech planning.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and frameworks like React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Experience with Node.js, Python, PHP, or similar backend technologies.
• Exposure to AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or OpenAI APIs.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, SQL/NoSQL databases, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Understanding data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
• Experience with version control systems like Git.
• Comfortable working with real-time data and event-driven architectures (Kafka, WebSockets, MQTT).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to deploy AI/ML models or integrate AI APIs into production systems.
• Experience with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS) and embeddings-based search.
• Familiarity with LLM frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or OpenAI function-calling.
• Understanding of UI/UX principles and ability to collaborate using tools like Figma.
• Experience managing offshore teams or external development partners.
• Proven experience building and maintaining systems at scale.
