Job Title: Full Stack Developer

About the Role

We are looking for a strong Full Stack Developer capable of building reliable, scalable, and high-performance web applications. You will work on both frontend and backend systems, collaborating with designers, product teams, and other developers to deliver seamless digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, test, and deploy high-quality web applications end-to-end.

- Build responsive, user-friendly frontend interfaces using React.js or Angular.

- Develop backend APIs and services using Laravel (PHP) or Node.js.

- Create dashboards, forms, admin panels, and user-facing modules.

- Ensure application performance, security, and scalability.

- Work with relational and NoSQL databases to design efficient data structures.

- Integrate third-party APIs, authentication systems, and cloud-based services.

- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

- Troubleshoot issues, debug applications, and optimize performance.

- Collaborate across teams and participate in code reviews.

Technical Skills Required

Frontend

- React.js (Hooks, functional components, state management) or

- Angular (components, RxJS, modular architecture)

- Strong JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3

- Experience with UI frameworks (Tailwind, Bootstrap, Material UI)

- Understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility

Backend

- Laravel (PHP) MVC structure, Eloquent ORM, middleware, queue systems or

- Node.js Express/Nest.js, REST APIs, async programming

- Experience with authentication (JWT/OAuth)

- Building scalable APIs and microservices

Database

- SQL databases: MySQL / PostgreSQL

- Knowledge of NoSQL databases (MongoDB preferred)

- Writing optimized queries and designing efficient schemas

DevOps & Tools

- Git, GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket

- Docker, CI/CD pipelines (preferred)

- Basic cloud experience (AWS, GCP, or Azure)

Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (preferred).

- 3+ years of professional full stack development experience.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have

- Experience with microservices architecture

- Familiarity with caching (Redis)

- Experience with real-time data (WebSockets)

- Knowledge of mobile apps (React Native/Flutter)
