About the Role

Full-Stack Developer

AI-assisted coding tools like GitHub Copilot

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable

  backend services

  using Python frameworks (Django, Flask, FastAPI).
• Build

  dynamic, responsive, and user-friendly UIs

  with React.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality features.
• Write

  clean, maintainable, and efficient code

  following best practices.
• Integrate APIs and third-party services to extend functionality.
• Optimize applications for

  performance, security, and scalability

  .
• Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.
• Contribute to Agile processes (sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives).

Requirements

• Proven experience with

  Python

  and frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
• Strong proficiency in

  React.js

  and related libraries (Redux, React Router, etc.).
• Solid understanding of

  REST APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture

  .
• Experience with relational & non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
• Familiarity with

  CI/CD pipelines, Docker

  , and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Strong

  problem-solving skills

  with attention to detail.
• Excellent

  communication and collaboration

  abilities.

Good to Have

• Experience using

  GitHub Copilot

  or other AI-assisted development tools.
• Knowledge of

  TypeScript

  for frontend development.
• Exposure to

  testing frameworks

  (PyTest, Jest, Cypress).
• Experience with

  DevOps practices & IaC tools

  (Terraform, Ansible).
