About the Role:

As a Technical Lead, you will be the driving force behind deliverables and technical excellence.

You'll work closely with Product Managers/Business Stakeholders to ensure the team is aligned

with the roadmap and unblocked on execution. Your role includes setting a high standard, both

in code quality and team collaboration, while fostering an environment that encourages

constant improvement

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with PMs/Business Stakeholders to guide the team through upcoming

product/ application goals, ensuring seamless implementation

• Drive technical excellence, pushing for high-quality code and processes
• Identify areas of improvement across product/ application, process, and team, and develop

actionable plans for enhancement

• Play an active role in recruitment, onboarding, and nurturing technical talent

Key Requirements:

• 6 to 8 years of relevant experience
• Ability to design system architectures, ERDs, and technical documentation
• Deep understanding of multi-tenant and microservice architecture
• Familiarity with testing frameworks and practices (unit, integration, end-to-end)
• Experience building modular and extensible frontend products
• Proven experience with web development frameworks
• Ability to create robust, scalable architectures
• Adept in guiding teams to deliver high-quality digital products and fostering collaboration
• Skilled at measuring and maintaining software quality, ensuring consistent improvement
• Knowledge of multiple front-end technology (e.g. HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery) and JavaScript libraries/ frameworks (e.g. Angular, React.JS etc.,)
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and GraphQL
• Knowledge of multiple back-end technology (e.g. Python, Node.js, Springboot etc.,)
• Artificial Intelligence - Generative AI, Open AI, Claude, Loveable, Gemini etc.,
• Databases: NoSQL (MongoDB, DynamoDB), SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL)
• Messaging Brokers: RabbitMQ, Apache Kafka, AWS SQS
• Containerization & Orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes, AWS ECS
• AWS Services: S3 CloudFront, Cognito, RDS, & ElasticCache
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Terraform, AWS CloudFormation
• Testing Frameworks: Jest, Selenium, Cypress, Playwright
• Excellent communication, organization and collaboration skills with an engineering mindset
• Possess great attention to detail with analytical thinking
