We're hiring a Full Stack Engineer / Developer for our client.

Job Title:

Experience:

Full Stack Engineer

You will design, develop, and scale full-stack solutions, contribute to architectural discussions, and work closely with product and design teams to deliver impactful features with speed and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and scale backend or full-stack systems with high reliability
• Drive architectural decisions for scalable, modular, and secure systems
• Develop distributed systems, microservices, and APIs (REST / GraphQL)
• Contribute to front-end development using modern frameworks when required
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, and Data teams
• Ensure code quality, performance, and efficient CI/CD deployment
• Participate in code reviews, mentoring, and continuous improvement initiatives
  

Required Technical Skills

• Backend:

  Node.js (primary), Python

• Frontend:

  React, Next.js, TypeScript

• APIs:

  REST, GraphQL
• Strong in

  System Design, Architecture, and Microservices

• Experience with

  CI/CD, AWS (preferred), Docker, Kubernetes

• Strong debugging, optimization, and performance-tuning skills
• Excellent knowledge of

  Data Structures, Algorithms, and Distributed Systems

Experience Requirements

• 10- 15 years of total software engineering experience
• 4 - 5+ years in

  high-scale product or e-commerce environments

  (mandatory)
• Proven record in

  building and scaling production systems

• Experience

  mentoring or leading small pods/teams

  is a plus

Education

• UG:

  B.Tech / B.E. / B.Sc in Computer Science or related field

• PG:

  M.Tech / M.E. / MCA preferred
