SDE1 Junior Engineer (2 - 4 yrs exp)

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain applications using PHP, Node.js, React.js, and MySQL.

• Write clean, maintainable code and work in Agile teams.

• Debug, optimize, and integrate REST APIs.

Skills:

• PHP (Laravel/CodeIgniter), Node.js, React.js (ES6+), MySQL.

• Strong foundation in Data Structures & Algorithms.

• Basic understanding of System Design, MVC pattern, and Docker.

• Familiarity with AI-based coding tools and basic Pub/Sub concepts.

• Knowledge of Git and collaborative development.

SDE2 Mid-Level Engineer (4 - 8 yrs exp)

Responsibilities:

• Own module-level design and development.

• Review code, optimize APIs and databases, and ensure scalability.

• Implement Dockerized deployments and CI/CD pipelines.

Skills:

• PHP, Node.js, React.js (Redux), MySQL optimization & schema design.

• Strong understanding of Data Structures, System Design, and Design Patterns.

• Experience with Docker, Pub/Sub (Kafka/RabbitMQ/SQS/SNS), and basic cloud deployment

(AWS/GCP).

• Ability to use AI editors for optimization, refactoring, and documentation.

SDE3 Senior/Lead Engineer (8 - 12 yrs exp)

Responsibilities:

• Lead architecture design, mentor team members, and drive scalability initiatives.

• Review code, enforce best practices, and optimize system performance.

• Manage Pub/Sub architectures, container orchestration (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud

deployments.

Skills:

• Expertise in PHP, Node.js, React.js, MySQL/PostgreSQL/Mongo.

• Deep understanding of Data Structures, Distributed System Design, and Design Patterns.

• Strong experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Pub/Sub systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ/SQS/SNS),

and Cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure).

• Familiarity with AI-assisted development for automation, code quality, and documentation.
