About the Role

Fullstack Developer

Key Responsibilities

Develop, optimize, and maintain scalable fullstack applications.
Build intuitive and responsive front-end interfaces using
React.js
(or React Native).
Design and implement robust backend services using
PHP, .NET, Python, Java, or Node.js
(any one is acceptable).
Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality software.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement.
Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
Ensure application security, performance, and responsiveness.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Frontend (Mandatory):

Strong hands-on experience in
React.js
(5+ years)
Experience with React hooks, Redux, context API, and component-driven architecture
Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+)

Backend (Any one required):

PHP
(Laravel, CodeIgniter, or similar)
.NET
(C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core)
Python
(Django/Flask/FastAPI)
Java
(Spring/Spring Boot)
Node.js
(Express/Nest.js)

Additional Skills (Good to Have):

Experience with RESTful APIs / GraphQL
Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases
Experience with CI/CD, Git, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, JUnit, etc.)

Education

Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).

Soft Skills

Strong problem-solving ability
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
Attention to detail and ownership mindset
