Job Description

Design, develop, and maintain automation systems for trading and operational workflows.
Build tools for monitoring, alerting, and ensuring system reliability.
Work on web applications and dashboards for traders and internal teams.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including traders and tech groups across the globe.
Continuously explore new technologies to improve automation and system efficiency.

Key Requirements

Strong programming skills in
Python
or
Full-Stack Development
(React/Node.js or similar).
Solid understanding of automation workflows, databases, and system design.
Familiarity with
DevOps / SRE practices
(CI/CD, observability, infrastructure automation) is a plus.
Excellent
English communication skills
ability to work with cross-geography teams and liaise with traders.
Proactive mindset, curiosity to learn, and eagerness to adopt new tools and frameworks.
